Terms of Service

Last updated: May 21, 2026

These terms are intended to explain the basic rules for using Property Master. They are not legal advice.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Property Master. By creating an account, signing in, or using the service, you agree to these terms.

If you use Property Master on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. The Service

Property Master helps landlords and property owners organize maintenance requests, diagnose issues, manage property details, coordinate vendors, and prepare communications related to repairs.

The service may use third-party providers for authentication, payments, email delivery, storage, analytics, artificial intelligence, and related infrastructure.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate account information and promptly update it when necessary.

You must not attempt to access another user's account, interfere with the service, reverse engineer the service, or use the service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.

4. Billing and Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions, checkout, invoices, payment methods, and billing management may be handled by Stripe. By purchasing a paid plan, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the payment method you provide.

Subscription terms, prices, features, and renewal periods are shown at checkout or in the product. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

5. User Content

You may submit property information, photos, repair descriptions, vendor details, notes, messages, and other content to the service. You retain ownership of your content.

You grant Property Master a limited right to host, process, transmit, display, and analyze your content as needed to provide, secure, improve, and support the service.

6. Maintenance Guidance

Property Master provides software-assisted organization, drafting, vendor coordination, and issue analysis. It does not replace professional inspection, licensed contractor advice, legal advice, insurance advice, or emergency services.

You are responsible for reviewing recommendations, communications, vendor choices, property access notices, and repair decisions before acting on them.

7. Third-Party Services

The service may integrate with third-party services such as Google, Stripe, Supabase, Vercel, Postmark, analytics providers, mapping providers, search providers, and AI model providers.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

8. Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, discontinue, or modify parts of the service at any time. We may also change these terms by posting an updated version on this page.

We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Property Master will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, property damage, repair outcomes, or vendor performance.
