Do I need to be tech-savvy?
Not at all. If you can send an email or a text, you can use Property Master. Setup takes about 5 minutes per property and everything is plain English. No training required.
Does my tenant need to download an app?
No. Tenants submit issues through a simple web link you send them once — works on any phone or computer, no account or password needed. You can also just forward tenant emails directly to Property Master and it handles the rest.
How does it know my property details?
You can upload inspection reports, appliance receipts, or type in what you know. Property Master also pulls public records for your property address to fill in things like build year, permit history, and estimated system ages automatically.
Is this different from TurboTenant or Buildium?
