If you sign in with Google, we receive account information made available through Google OAuth, such as your email address, name, and profile details needed to authenticate your account.

If you purchase a paid plan, Stripe processes payment details. We receive related billing information, such as subscription status, customer identifiers, invoice details, and payment status, but we do not store full payment card numbers.

2. Information Collected Automatically

We may collect technical and usage information such as IP address, device and browser details, log data, pages viewed, referring pages, timestamps, diagnostics, and approximate location derived from IP address.

We may use cookies, local storage, analytics tools, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure performance, understand usage, and improve the service.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to provide, operate, secure, maintain, personalize, and improve Property Master.

This includes authenticating users, processing payments, managing subscriptions, storing property and maintenance records, analyzing repair requests, generating drafts and recommendations, coordinating workflows, sending service emails, responding to support requests, monitoring reliability, and preventing abuse.

4. AI Processing

Property Master may process maintenance descriptions, photos, property details, vendor information, and related context with AI model providers to generate issue analysis, vendor coordination steps, summaries, and draft communications.

You should avoid submitting sensitive information that is not needed for a maintenance request. Do not submit information that you are not authorized to share.

5. How We Share Information

We share information with service providers that help us operate Property Master, including hosting, database, storage, authentication, payment processing, email delivery, analytics, logging, mapping, search, AI processing, and customer support providers.

We may share information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, to prevent fraud or abuse, in connection with a business transfer, or with your direction or consent.

When you use the service to contact or coordinate with vendors, tenants, or other recipients, the information included in those messages may be shared with those recipients.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and support legitimate business purposes.

You may request deletion of your account or certain data by contacting us. Some information may remain in backups, logs, billing records, or records we are required or permitted to retain.

Property Master is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
